Sapa 3-Days Trekking Tour with Fansipan Cable Car (SP3D3)

Tour itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi – Sapa Transfer. Cat Cat village (Lunch)

You’ll be picked up from Hanoi early in the morning. Admire the scenery as you travel through the countryside. Stop at Lao Cai for a break. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains and rice terraces along the way from Lao Cai to Sapa city. At 1:00 PM, arrive in Sapa Town, where you’ll view the colorful traditional costumes of the H’mong, Dzao, and Tay local people. Enjoy a lunch of traditional local Vietnamese dishes. Then, enjoy a trek to Cat Cat village, home to the Black H’mong. In the evening, have dinner.

Day 2: Sapa – Easy Trek to Lao Chai and Ta Van – Sapa. (Breakfast /Lunch)

After breakfast, trek to Lao Chai village, about 8km from Sapa town. Here you will discover the daily life of the locals and how they make traditional clothes and handicrafts.  After lunch in one of the local houses, you will walk to Ta Van village, home to the Dzay people. These people have a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields. You will visit the home of a local family to learn about their life, and enjoy some green tea. In the evening, return to Sapa Town for dinner and free time.

Day 3: Sapa – Fanxipan Peak – Sapa transfer back Hanoi. (Breakfast /Lunch)

After breakfast, check out from your room and depart for the Sapa cable car station, where you will board a cable car to Fansipan Peak. At the summit, enjoy free time to admire the panoramic views.  You’ll then head back to Sapa for lunch and to explore the town by yourself.

At 14:30 you’ll be picked up by Limousine Bus and driven back to Hanoi.

Know before you go:

• If you do not want to attend the long Y Linh Ho – Lao Chai – Ta Van trek or Cat Cat Trek Tour on day 2, your tour guide will help you to visit another location. You are responsible for all ticket and transportation costs
• Elderly people should not attend the 9 kilometer trek, due to its challenging nature
• Handicapped people and children under 6 should not take part in the treks
• The driver from Hanoi to Sapa and speaks very little English
• Check-in at the hotel in Sapa is at 1:30 PM. Check out is at 10:00 AM. If you want to keep the room, the room charge will be applied based on availabilty
• Drop-off is available to hotels in Old Quarter of Hanoi. If your hotel is far from Old Quarter of Hanoi. The bus will drop you off at the local partners office. From there you can take a taxi back to your hotel.
• Drop-off is not available at the airport or train station as arrival varies
• There will be no guide with you on the third day

Children policy:

• Children under 3 years old: Free of charge, other expenses are paid by parents
• Children from 4 to 7 years old: 70% discount on adult rate. Children over 7 years old: charged as adult rate
• The family with 2 children from 4 to 8 years old: charged as adult rate

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellation on tour: Non- Refundable. Within 12 hours: 50% of the total purchase amount. Before 24 hours: Fully- refunded
